MWE Gold V2 was constructed based on the idea of enhancing the original MWE Gold without raising the price. This new generation of models offers a number of meaningful upgrades that users will benefit from immediately. Some of the upgrades include an HDB fan, 2 EPS connectors, an increased maximum operating temperature, and reduced noise output. Cooler Master's goal was to focus on implementing changes that would deliver actual improvement to the end user experience. Increased Operating Temperature

This new generation of the MWE Gold offers a maximum operating temperature 5 degrees higher than its predecessor allowing you to push it safely to up to 50 degrees Celsius.

Upgraded Fan

The MWE Gold V2 comes with a 120mm HDB fan, delivering stronger, quieter, longer lasting cooling than the LDB fan used in the original MWE Gold models.

2 EPS Connectors

All MWE Gold V2 models come standard with 2 EPS connectors, ensuring that this PSU is compatible with all current gen motherboards regardless of tier, brand, or target application.
